Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiteti 2A No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 31st day of August, 1920, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Hibernicus Travers Smyth and John James Smyth shall be agreed to."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6A Section 2 No. 3B No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke, on Wednesday, the 25th day of August, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Te Whetu Werohia shall be agreed to."

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Walter George Barnett shall be agreed to."

"That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Samuel Emery shall be agreed to."

"(1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Michael O'Connor shall be agreed to.
"(2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Samuel Emery shall be agreed to."

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waerenga West A and B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 31st day of August, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
"That an offer by the Crown to purchase the said land shall be accepted."
