At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of
August, 1920.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section twenty-three of the West Coast
Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, it is
enacted that the Governor-General may by Order in Council
at any time declare that the provisions of section one hundred
and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall
apply to any block, section, or subdivision of land comprised
in leases granted or confirmed under the West Coast Settle-
ment Reserves Act, 1881, and the amendments thereof :

And whereas it is expedient that the provisions of section
one hundred and nine aforesaid shall apply to the land
mentioned in the Schedule hereto, for the purchase of which
the Crown desires to negotiate :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance
and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him
by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Re-
serves Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby declare that the provisions of section
one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act,
1913, shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule
hereto.

NGATIRAHIRI No. 10A, being that part of Section 10, Block
X, Waitara Survey District, west of Stockman Road :
Area, 101 acres.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), His Excellency
the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke an Order in Council dated the twenty-first day of
June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published
in the Gazette of the twenty-fourth day of that month,
appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Taneatua
Domain, and doth hereby appoint

GEORGE DORSET BALL,
EDGAR FORREST,
WILLIAM GRANT JOHNSON,
WALTER REID, and
WALTER HOLTON SISAM

to be the Taneatua Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of
and subject to the provisions of the said Act ; and doth
hereby appoint Monday, the sixteenth day of August, one
thousand nine hundred and twenty, at eight o’clock p.m., as
the time when, and the Public Library, Taneatua, as the
place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

TANEATUA DOMAIN.—AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALLOTMENT 388, Waimana Parish, situated in Block IX,
Whakatane Survey District: Area, 13 acres.

Section 11, Block IX, Whakatane Survey District: Area,
8 acres 3 roods 1 perch.

Allotment 376, Waimana Parish: Area, 3 acres 1 rood
21 perches.

Extension of Time for Preparation of County Rolls, &c.,
County of Manukau.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of
August, 1920.

Present :

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS it has been made to appear that the pre-
paration of the rolls for the County of Manukau,
and the taking of certain steps consequent on such
preparation, cannot be made and taken within the times
mentioned in the Counties Act, 1908, and it is expedient
to extend the said times respectively :

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursu-
ance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the
said Counties Act, 1908, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Do-
minion, doth hereby order and declare that the several
dates mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be the respec-
tive dates for taking the several steps set out in the said
Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

  1. For preparing the rolls for the ridings within the
    County of Manukau: Until the 23rd day of August, 1920.

  2. Time for which such rolls shall be open for inspection:
    From the 27th day of August, 1920, to the 15th day of
    September, 1920.

  3. Time for appeals against the said rolls: Until the 22nd
    day of September, 1920.

  4. Revision Courts may sit for hearing applications with
    reference to the said rolls, and adjourn: Until the 29th day
    of September, 1920.

  5. Time when the said rolls, having been corrected and
    signed, shall come into force: On the 6th day of October,
