Constituting the Town District of Tahunanui, in the County
of Waimea.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a petition has been presented to the Governor-General by the inhabitants within the area mentioned and described in the said petition, praying that such area may be constituted a town district under the Town Boards Act, 1908:
Now, therefore, I, Robert Stout, Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area described in the Schedule hereto, being the locality defined in the said petition, shall be a town district, and the same is hereby constituted a town district, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, by the name of the Tahunanui Town District. And, in further pursuance and exercise of the said powers, I do hereby proclaim, declare, and appoint that the Board of Commissioners for the said district shall consist of seven members.
SCHEDULE.
TAHUNANUI TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District bounded by a line commencing at the high-water mark of Tasman Bay, at the north-western corner of Section 1, Suburban South District, and proceeding thence along the boundary of the City of Nelson to the easternmost corner of Section 12, Suburban South District; thence south-westerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 19 of the same district, and north-westerly along the north-eastern side of Quarantine Road to high-water mark, and along the said high-water mark to the point of commencement.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of July, 1920.

Proclaiming Native Land to be Crown Land under Section 14
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914.

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land set out in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
TARIKI Native Reserve, Grant 4017, being Section 12, Block VI, Huiroa Survey District: Approximate area, 196 acres 0 roods 28 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 27th day of July, 1920.
