ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of
July, 1920.

THE HONOURABLE SIR ROBERT STOUT PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of
the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any
Order in Council made under that section may at any time
be varied or revoked
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance
and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore men-
tioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
revoke the Order in Council, under section three hundred and
sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the twenty-
ninth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen,
and gazetted the thirty-first day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and nineteen, affecting Hoani No. 5A, part Sub. 5
of Section 1, Block V, Cape Survey District.

Partial Revocation of an Order in Council prohibiting all
Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation
in favour of the Crown.

COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of
the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any
Order in Council made under that section may at any time
be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance
and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore men-
tioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive, Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke
the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule
hereto, but only in so far as to permit of the land specified
in Part II of the said Schedule being leased.

PART I.
ORDER in Council, under section 363 of the Native Land
Act, 1909, dated the 29th day of March, 1920, and gazetted
the 8th day of April, 1920, affecting the subdivisions of
Rotomahana-Parekarangi 6A 2 and other blocks.
PART II.
Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 6A Section 2 No. 6B (part):
Area, 100 acres; situate in the Horohoro and Tarawera Survey
Districts.

Time for Preparation of Valuation Roll, Grey County, under
Section 46 of the Rating Act, 1908, extended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of
July, 1920.

THE HONOURABLE SIR ROBERT STOUT PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the County Council of the Grey County
having failed, through misadventure to prepare a
valuation roll of mining property in the Grey County
in the month of January, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty, as required by section forty-six of the Rating Act,
1908, it is expedient to extend the time for preparing the
said roll as hereinbefore mentioned:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator of the
Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, in order that
the purpose and intent of the said Rating Act, 1908, may
have effect, and in pursuance and exercise of the powers
vested in him by the said Act, and acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said
Dominion, doth hereby extend the time for the preparation
of the valuation roll for the Grey County under the Rating
Act, 1908, until the fifth day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty; and doth also hereby extend the time
within which the valuers shall give notice of the rateable
value determined by them to each occupier, so that such
notices may be given on or before the sixth day of July,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and that objections
to such valuations may be made on or before the twenty-first
day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Lands
other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of
July, 1920.

THE HONOURABLE SIR ROBERT STOUT PRESIDING IN
COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase
Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-
three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the
power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His
Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend
for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated
the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred
and nineteen, and gazetted the twenty-fourth day of July,
one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, but only in so far
as it affects the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto,
prohibiting all alienation other than alienation in favour of
the Crown.
