A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto; such road being no longer required for the purposes of a road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 1 acre 1 rood 37 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections 19 and 20, Block IV, Taylor Pass Survey District.
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48844, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand; and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this 15th day of July, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required for the purpose of a road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three of the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, I, Robert Stout, the Administrator of the Government of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the district as described in the Schedule hereto to be an electric-power district, and I hereby assign to such district the name of the “Teviot Electric-power District.”
SCHEDULE.
TEVIOT ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing 490,000 acres, more or less, being the Borough of Roxburgh, and that part of the Tuapeka County adjacent to the said borough, and bounded as follows:—
Commencing at the north-east corner of Section 4, Block XVII, Teviot Survey District; thence towards the north generally by the public road forming the northern boundary of Sections 4, 2, and 1, Block XVII, and Section 5, Block XI, of said district, across a public road, by the northern boundary of Section 4 and this line continued to the Clutha River; thence by a right line to the north-east corner of Section 49,
