Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 26,980 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Orikaka Survey District, and Blocks I and II, Inangahua Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by the edge of the forest and by part of the southern boundaries of the Ngakawau Survey District ; towards the north-east and south-east by Crown lands ; towards the south by a proposed education reserve, a line across a road, across Pensinis Creek, and across a road on the right bank thereof ; again towards the south-east by the last-mentioned road ; towards the south, east, north, and again towards the east by Crown lands ; towards the south generally by Reserve 7 (in red), Sections 11, 12, a road, Section 14, a line across a road, across Orikaka River, and again across a road, by Sections 8, 7, 6, a road to Lake Rahui, and Section 9, all in Block I, Inangahua Survey District, by Section 41 in Block IV aforesaid, by a line across a road, and by Section 42 in the last-mentioned block ; towards the south-west by Crown lands ; and towards the north-west by the Buller Coalfields Reserve, and the edge of the forest : save and except the three parcels of open lands in Blocks XI and XV aforesaid within the above-described boundaries, and any public roads. As the same is delineated on plan marked 75, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,100 acres, more or less, situate in Block IV and VIII, Inangahua Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Section 49, the Main Buller Road, a road leading therefrom to Section 35, by that section, by a continuation of the road last mentioned, Sections 50 and 24, all in the said Block IV aforesaid ; towards the north-west by the last-mentioned section, and Sections 51, 23, 22, and 21, all in block last mentioned ; towards the north-east by the Main Buller Road, and Section 5 in Block V aforesaid ; towards the south-east by the Inangahua County boundary ; and towards the west by part of the western boundary of the Ohika Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 75, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

A PROCLAMATION.

By virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as and for provisional State forests.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

All that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 200 acres, more or less, situate in Block XI, Aongatete Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Sections 98, 99, 97, 96, 95, and a public road, all in Block VIII aforesaid ; towards the east by national-endowment land ; towards the south and south-west by part of the Whakamarama No. 1 Block. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 145 acres, more or less, being Section 1 of Block III, Opoutihi Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 195 acres, more or less, being Section 4 of Block III, Opoutihi Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 493 acres, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, Block II, Opoutihi Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 685 acres, more or less, situate in Block III, Opoutihi Survey District. Bounded towards the east generally by Poripori No. 2 and No. 1 Blocks ; towards the south and south-west generally by the Ngamau Wahine Stream ; and towards the north-west by Waimanu No. 2A Block in Block III aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 182 acres, more or less, situate in Block IV, Opoutihi Survey District. Bounded towards the north by parts of Sections 6 and 7, Block II, Opoutihi Survey District ; towards the east generally by part of Section 7, Block II aforesaid, a public road, a line across the said road, and by Section 1, Block V of aforesaid survey district ; towards the south by a public road and Section 7, Block IV of aforesaid survey district ; and towards the west by Sections 6 and 4, Block IV aforesaid, a line across a road, and by Section 6, Block II aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 9,435 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I, IV, VII, VIII, X, and XI, Aongatete Survey District, and Blocks VII and VIII, Katikati Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by national-endowment land, a State forest reserve, Section 3, a line across a road, Section 5, Block I, Aongatete Survey District, Crown land, a line across a road, and again by Crown land ; towards the south-east by a public road, and Sections 2 and 1, Block XI aforesaid ; and towards the west generally by part of the western boundary of the aforesaid survey district, the Tauranga County boundary, and a State forest reserve ; save and excepting all roads included within the above-described boundaries. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,000 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks IX and X, Otanewainuku Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by Section 538, a line across a road, and again by the said Section 538, Block IX aforesaid, and the abutment of a road ; towards the west by the last-mentioned road ; towards the east and south by Section 537, a line across a road, and again by the said Section 537 ; again towards the west by the aforesaid Section 537, a line across a road, and again by said Section 537 ; towards the north by a road, a line across that road, by Section 583 ; towards the north-west by the said Section 583 to the intersection of the western boundary of Crown land, Block X, Otanewainuku Survey District ; towards the east generally by the said western boundary ; towards the south by Paengaroa No. 2B Block ; and towards the west by the Mangapapa River : save and except all roads within the above-described boundaries. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 130 acres, more or less, being Section 1, Block X, Otanewainuku Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of Crown land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 233 acres, more or less, being Section 2, Block XI, Otanewainuku Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green,
