Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,710 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks VI, X, and XIV, Tutaki Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and east by Crown land; towards the south-east by national-endowment land: towards the west generally by Section 4, Block XIII aforesaid; Sections 29, 22, and 7, Block IX aforesaid; Section 1, Block X aforesaid; Section 13, Block VI aforesaid; Sections 18, 17, 16, and 13, Block V aforesaid; and Sections 12, 17, and 16, Block VI aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 80, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 7,940 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks II, III, VII, XI, XII, XV, and XVI, Rotoroa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road; towards the east generally by Sections 7, 3, and 5, Block XIV aforesaid, Crown land, and the edge of the forest; towards the south by Crown land, a line across a road, the River Sabine, and another road, again by Crown land and the edge of the forest; and towards the west generally by national-endowment land, by Scenery-preservation Reserve No. 3 (in red), a line across a road, the River Sabine, and another road, and again by the said scenery-preservation reserve. As the same is delineated on plan marked 80, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,600 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I and V, Matakikaki Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of the northern boundary of the aforesaid survey district; towards the east generally by Application 6442, Sections 6 and 21, a line across a road, again by said Section 21, a line across Warbeck River, again by said Section 21 and Section 4, all in Block I aforesaid; and towards the south and west by Crown land. As the same is delineated on plan marked 81, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 910 acres, more or less, situate in Block II, Matakikaki Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of the northern boundary of the aforesaid survey district; toward the east and south-east by Crown land; and towards the west by Sections 12, 4, and 3, Block II aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 81, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 19,760 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks II, V, VI, IX, X, XI, XIII, XIV, and XV, Rotoroa Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road; towards the east by Scenery-preservation Reserve No. 3 (in red), a road along Lake Rotoroa, a line across D'Urville River, and again by a road along the said lake, and by the aforesaid scenery reserve; towards the south-east by national-endowment land; towards the south generally by Crown land, the edge of the forest, Application 6503, and part of the southern boundary of Rotoroa Survey District; and towards the west generally by Crown land. As the same is delineated on plan marked 80, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 7,000 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I, II, and V, Onetaua Survey District, and Block II, Pakawau Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 2, Block I, Onetaua Survey District, and Section 3, Block II aforesaid; towards the north-east generally by Sections 5, C 2, 2, and a sawmilling license, Block II aforesaid; towards the south-east by Sections 28, 22, 21, 20, 19, 4, 17, 16, and 15, Block V aforesaid, and Section 14, Block XVI, Pakawau Survey District; towards the south generally by Section 29, Block XVI aforesaid, Section C 4, Block VI aforesaid, by national-endowment land, Section C 3, and a stream running into West Wanganui Inlet; and towards the west generally by a road, Sections 1, 9, 40, 5, a line across a road, and again by Sections 5, 7, and 6, all in Block II aforesaid; by a public road and Section I, Block I, Onetaua Survey District. Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 250 acres, more or less, being Section 2 and parts of Sections 1, C 2, and 4, Block II, Onetaua Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by other parts of the said Sections C 2 and 4; towards the east generally by a public road and the Puponga Village; and towards the south and west generally by the south and west boundaries of Sections 2 and C 2. As the same is delineated on plan marked 70; in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 160 acres, more or less, situate in Block II, Onetaua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 2; towards the east by a line at right angles to the western boundary and 40 chains distant from the south-west corner of the aforesaid Section 2; towards the south by part of the southern boundary of Block II, Onetaua Survey District; and towards the west by a line parallel to the western boundary of the aforesaid block, and running to the southern corner of Section 2, all being in Block II aforesaid. As the same is delineated on plan marked 70, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 8,850 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks I, II, III, V, VI, and IX, Aorere Survey District, and Block XII, Pakawau Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 1 of Square 17, and Crown land; towards the north-east generally by a State forest reserve, Application 6637, Sections 5, 52, 51, 49, 47, 48, and 45, Block III, Aorere Survey District, Section 6, Block II aforesaid, two State forest reserves, Sections 16, 18, and 12, Block IX aforesaid; towards the south-west generally by Section 14, Block IX aforesaid, and Crown land; and towards the north-west again by Crown land. As the same is delineated on plans marked 70 and 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.
Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 16,000 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks III, IV, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, XIII, and XIV, Aorere Survey District. Founded towards the north-east by part of a line running from the mouth of Appo's Creek to the southernmost corner of Section 17, Block IV aforesaid, by a line therefrom to the westernmost corner of Section 2, Block I, Waitapu Survey District, thence by that section to the western boundary of the said survey district; towards the east by the said western boundary, by Section 23, Block II aforesaid, and again by the said western boundary; towards the south and south-east generally by Crown land: again towards the south by the southern boundary of the Aorere Survey District; towards the west generally by the Aorere River; and towards the north-west generally by the Clarke River, Section 19, Blocks IX and XIII, Aorere Survey District, Sections 7, 6, 1, 13, and 17, Block IX aforesaid, by the Aorere River, Section 5, Block X aforesaid, Salisbury Creek, again by the Aorere River, by Big Boulder River to the junction of Buck's Gully, thence by a line to “Table Hill,” Block VII aforesaid, by the edge of the forest and Little Boulder River, again by the Aorere River, and Sections 119, 118, 117, 100, 99, 98, and 18, Block IV aforesaid: save and except from the land included within the above-described boundaries Sections 4 and 132 in Block IV, Aorere Survey District, Section 135 in Block VII aforesaid, and Sections 7, 8, 13, and 14, in Block VIII aforesaid. Bounded towards the north by the edge of the forest; towards the east and south-east generally by Sections 67 and 99 of Block I aforesaid, Sections 95, 6, Onekaka River, Sections 7, 21, 14, 17, 2, and part of 4, all in Block II aforesaid, by part of Section 4, by Section 5, Block IV aforesaid; towards the south-west by Crown land; and towards the west by part of the western boundary of Waitapu Survey District, the western boundary of Section 23, Block II, aforesaid, and again by the said western boundary of the aforesaid survey district, save and except Sections 4 and 23, Block II aforesaid, which are within the above-described boundaries. Bounded towards the north-west by the Tasman Sea; towards the north by Section 1 (Kahurangi Lighthouse reserve), Block II, Kahurangi Survey District; towards the north-east by Section 1 of Square 17, Block V, Whakamarame Survey District; towards the east and south-east generally by Crown land and Lewis Creek; and towards the south by part of the southern boundary of Kahurangi Survey District.
