east by a road ; towards the east and south by Crown land
and a line across a road ; towards the west by that road ;

towards the north-east by Rotohokahoka D, C No. 1, C No. 2,

NELSON LAND DISTRICT.

All that area of land in the Nelson Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 7,700 acres, more or less, situate
in Blocks II, III, VI, VII, X, and XI, Motupiko Survey Dis-
trict. Bounded towards the north-east by the River Motueka ;
towards the east generally by Section 4 (accommodation
reserve) ; towards the south generally by Sections 2 and 1,
Block XI aforesaid, and Section 11, Block X aforesaid ; and
towards the west generally by Sections 23 and 22, Block X
aforesaid, Sections 10 and 16, Block VI aforesaid, and Sec-
tions 2, 19, and 4, Block II aforesaid. As the same is deline-
ated on plan marked 79, in green, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Nelson Land District,
containing by admeasurement 15,260 acres, more or less,
situate in Blocks VII, VIII, XI, XII, XIV, XV, and XVI,
Gordon Survey District, and Blocks II and III, Motupiko
Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by a
public road, the edge of the forest, Sections 8, 7, and part
of 4, Block VII, Gordon Survey District ; part of Section 4,
by Section 6, Block VIII aforesaid, Section 8, and a road,
Block XII aforesaid ; towards the east by part of the eastern
boundary of the aforesaid survey district ; towards the south-
east by the edge of the forest and the River Motueka ; to-
wards the south and south-east by the said river and the
edge of the forest, Section 16, Block XIV aforesaid, again by
the edge of the forest, and again by the said Section 16 ;
towards the north and north-west by the edge of the forest ;
and towards the west generally by Section 1, Block XV afores-
said ; Sections 1 and 5, Block XI aforesaid ; by the edge of
the forest and Section 60, Block VII aforesaid. As the same

containing by estimation 100 acres, more or less, situate in
Block XIV, Gordon Survey District. As the same is deline-

containing by estimation 540 acres, more or less, situate in

Block VIII, Wangamoa Survey District : towards the north-
west by Section 2, Block VIII aforesaid : and towards the
east by Section 3, Block IX aforesaid, and the boundary
between Waimea and Marlborough Counties. As the same

Sections 9 and 5, and again to the north by Sections 4 and 2,
all in Block I, Tapumutu Survey District : towards the east
by Section 1, Block II aforesaid, and the boundary between
Waimea and Marlborough Counties ; towards the south by
the boundary between Wakapuaka and Maungatapu Survey
Districts : and towards the west generally by Sections 84.
