ERRATA.—In an Order in Council published in Gazette No. 59, of the 17th June, 1920, page 1974, appointing the Weedon Domain Board, for “George Fillans Gilmour” read “David Gilmour.”

In an Order in Council published in Gazette No. 59, of the 17th June, 1920, page 1975, vesting a reserve in the Wairau Valley Public Hall Board, for “George Howard Broadbridge” read “George Howard Weir Broadbridge.”

Lands set apart as Provisional State Forests.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, and section two of the State Forests Amendment Act, 1919, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the national-endowment lands described in the Schedule hereto as and for provisional State forests.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.

ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4,097 acres, more or less, being Sections 2, 3, 5, and 6, Block III; Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5, Block V; Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block II; and Sections 1 to 13, Block IV, Opoutihi Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 5,792 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks III, IV, VII, and VIII, Katikati Survey District, and Block I, Aongatete Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west, east, north, and west generally by Crown land; again towards the north by Crown land and Section 15, Block IV, Katikati Survey District; towards the east and south-east generally by said Section 15, a line across a road, by that road, by Sections 19, 18, a road, and Section 17, Block IV aforesaid, Sections 32A, 33A, 40A, 41A, 48A, 49A, Sections 55A, 54A, and 53A, Sections 73, 79, a public road, a line across the said road, and by Section 62, all in Block VIII aforesaid; towards the south-west by Crown land; and towards the west by a State forest reserve. As the same is delineated on plan marked 92, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1,144 acres, more or less, being Section 17, Block XIII, Rotorua Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 95, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3,629 acres, more or less, situate in Blocks XV and XVI, Rotoma Survey District. Bounded towards the north by part of the northern boundary of Block XV aforesaid; towards the south-east and north-west by part of Section 39A; again towards the south-east and north-east by Section 59; again towards the south-east by part of Te Haehaenga No. 4 Block; and towards the west by the Whakatane County boundary. As the same is delineated on plan marked 96, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 13,766 acres, more or less, being Section I, Block VI; Section 3, Block X; Section 1, Block IX; Section 3, Block I; Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and part 5, Block V, all in Urutawa Survey District; part of Section 8, Block IV, Waioeka Survey District; and part of Blocks I, VI, and X, Urutawa Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 97, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 6,213 acres, more or less, situate in Block XII, Waioeka Survey District, and Block IX, Urutawa Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section 5 (Crown land), Block VIII, Waioeka Survey District; Section 1, Block IX, Urutawa Survey District; and a road: towards the north-west and north generally by a line across the said road and the Tokenui Stream, by that stream to the abutment of a road, thence by the said Section 1, Block IX, and Section 4, Block V aforesaid; towards the east by Section 3, Block X aforesaid, the abutment of a road, and the Wahaatu Stream; towards the south and again east by Crown land; towards the south by national-endowment land, a line across a stream and a road, by Sections 14 and 14A (national-endowment land), Block XVI aforesaid; and towards the south-west generally by Sections 3, 2, and 4, Block XII, Waioeka Survey District: save and except all roads within the above-described boundaries. As the same is delineated on plans marked 97, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

Also all that area of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 834 acres, more or less, being
