NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between ARTHUR OSMOND, ARCHIBALD GRAHAM, and ALFRED ERNEST BROWNHILL, all of Auckland, Boot-manufacturers, under the style of “Arthur Osmond and Co.,” is dissolved from this date.

The business will be carried on at 131 Victoria Street, Auckland, as aforesaid by the said ARCHIBALD GRAHAM and ALFRED ERNEST BROWNHILL.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto carried on at Fordell between the undersigned, under the style of “Dickinson and Harper,” has been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will in future be carried on by Mr. E. J. DICKINSON, who will receive all moneys owing to and discharge all liabilities owing by the late firm.
