Appointment of Coal Trade Committee.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.

IN pursuance of the authority conferred by the regulations made on the fifth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, under the War Regulations Amendment Act, 1916 (and known as the Coal Trade Regulations), as amended by further regulations made under the like authority on the twenty-eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby appointβ€”

ARNAUD MCKELLAR, Esquire;

PETER MAURICE CAMERON CLEARY, Esquire;

JOHN ALEXANDER REDPATH, Junior, Esquire; and

JAMES ALEXANDER BOSWELL, Esquire,

to be members of the Christchurch Coal Trade Committee, constituted by Warrant dated the second day of October, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, in lieu of the members appointed by Warrant dated the twentieth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

And doth hereby appoint JOHN ALEXANDER REDPATH, Junior, Esquire, as the Chairman of that committee.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand, this twenty-second day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
