Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Takou East A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to C. C. Hows and Ivon C. Hows, both of Otoroa, for the sum of £1 per acre or present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Unuunu 2r No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Masterton on Wednesday, the 7th day of July, 1920, at 9 30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said Te Unuunu 2r No. 2 Block be sold to Allen Cameron, of Masterton, sheep-farmer, for the sum of £446.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okurupatu A 3 2b No. 3b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Masterton on Wednesday, the 7th day of July, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said Okurupatu A 3 2b No. 3b Block be sold to John McKay, of Masterton, for a sum equal to the amount of an up-to-date Government valuation of the land.”

“ That the said Okurupatu A 3 2a No. 3d Block be sold to Madeline Cameron, of Te Oreore, for the sum of £406.”
