Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Takou East A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Tuesday, the 20th day of July, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to C. C. Hows and Ivon C. Hows, both of Otoroa, for the sum of £1 per acre or present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Unuunu 2r No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Masterton on Wednesday, the 7th day of July, 1920, at 9 30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said Te Unuunu 2r No. 2 Block be sold to Allen Cameron, of Masterton, sheep-farmer, for the sum of £446.”

“ That the said Okurupatu A 3 2b No. 3b Block be sold to John McKay, of Masterton, for a sum equal to the amount of an up-to-date Government valuation of the land.”

“ That the said Okurupatu A 3 2a No. 3d Block be sold to Madeline Cameron, of Te Oreore, for the sum of £406.”
