32 3577 Motatau 1c 9 That the agreement, dated 25th June, 1912, between the Native owners of Motatau No. 1 Block and the Kauri Timber Company (Limited) respecting rights for cutting timber and other relative rights be varied in so far as it affects Motatau 1c 9 so that the date of expiry shall be the 25th June, 1921. The Kauri Timber Company (Limited) in consideration of such variation of the terms of the agreement making a cash payment to the owners as may be agreed.
