Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pouakani Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Masterton on Wednesday, the 7th day of July, 1920, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of 1,500 acres of the land by way of sale to Alfred Fogerty shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of another portion of 1,500 acres of the block by way of sale to Cecil Walter Adams shall be agreed to.
“ (3.) That a proposed alienation of a further 1,500 acres of the block by way of sale to William Grubb shall be agreed to.
“ (4.) That a proposed alienation of a further 1,500 acres of the block by way of sale to Morton Cook Cossar shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 29c 2c 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Levin on Thursday, the 24th day of June, 1920, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Matthew Henderson for the sum of £2,175.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 57, Parish of Waipa, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waingaro on Friday, the 25th day of June, 1920, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to A. Primrose for the sum of £5 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiwhakaata 1b 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Waingaro on Friday, the 25th day of June, 1920, at 11.30 o'clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ 1. That the land be leased to John Charles Potts for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 2s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years, and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ 2. That the land be sold to John Charles Potts for the sum of £2 5s. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £800.”

“ 1. That the land be sold to George M. Milson for the sum of £4 per acre.
“ 2. That the land be sold to George H. Pirritt for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Arthur Pretty for the sum of £15 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Hineteao te Matauwhati Tuhakaraina for the sum of £12 per acre.”
