Lands set apart as Provisional State Forests.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section thirty-four of the War Legislation and Statute Law Amendment Act, 1918, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby set apart the Crown lands described in the Schedule hereto as and for provisional State forests.
SCHEDULE.
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area of Crown land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 2,337 acres, more or less, being Sections 1 and 2, Block VII, Tautuku Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 104, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also that area of Crown land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 885 acres 2 roods, more or less, and being Sections 13, 14, and 15, Block X, Tautuku Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 104, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Also that area of Crown land in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 691 acres, more or less, and being Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block VIII, and Section 32, Block IV, Tautuku Survey District. As the same is delineated on plan marked 104, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Justice of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Crown Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Southland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.
SECTION 20, Block VII, Aparima Hundred: Area, 116 acres 1 rood 8 perches.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

Proclaiming Road-lines laid out through Lots 29w and 30, Rangitaiki Parish, to be Public Roads.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the lands described in the Schedule hereto were, by an order of the Native Land Court made on the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, duly laid off as road-lines, in pursuance of section forty-nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 :
And whereas the said Court is of the opinion that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads, and a notification to that effect has been forwarded to the Minister of Lands, in terms of section fifty-one of the said Act :
And whereas one month’s notice in writing of the intention to proclaim the said road-lines as public roads has been given by the Surveyor-General to the local authority of the district concerned, in terms of section fifteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914 :
And whereas it is now expedient that the said road-lines should be proclaimed as public roads :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, do hereby proclaim as public roads the road-lines described in the Schedule hereto.
