HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, transfers, and retirements of the undermentioned officers of the N.Z. Staff Corps, N.Z. Permanent Staff, and Territorial Force, and the reporting of officers from the N.Z. Expeditionary Force to the Territorial Force.
APPOINTMENTS AND PROMOTIONS.
N.Z. ARMY MEDICAL DEPARTMENT.
Major William Bruce, O.B.E., M.B., is granted the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, and is appointed Assistant Director of Medical Services, Otago Military District. Dated 27th April, 1920.
N.Z. GARRISON ARTILLERY.
Wellington G.A. Division.
Sergeant Charles Edward Dunn is appointed 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), under the provisions of General Headquarters Instructions No. 28, of 14th July, 1919. Dated 21st April, 1920.
CORPS OF N.Z. ENGINEERS.
No. 3 Field Company.
Captain Alfred Thomas Dow to be Major. Dated 27th February, 1920.
1ST (CANTERBURY) REGIMENT.
Lieutenant Charles Bell to be Captain. Dated 16th April, 1920.
10TH (NORTH OTAGO) REGIMENT.
Lieutenant (Captain, Reserve of Officers, Temporary) Alexander Hoggans to be Captain. Dated 19th April, 1920.
N.Z. ARMY NURSING SERVICE.
Staff Nurse Edith Ramsay Webster (Temporary Reserve List) is appointed for duty at Queen Mary Hospital, Hanmer. Dated 8th April, 1920.
Sister Elsie Helga Persen (Temporary Reserve List) is appointed for duty at Pukeora Military Sanatorium. Dated 20th April, 1920.
Staff Nurse Dorothy Everett (Temporary Reserve List) is appointed for duty at King George V Hospital, Rotorua. Dated 13th April, 1920.
