ERRATA.—In the Schedule to the Order in Council
exempting the north-western side of portion of Ryle
Street, in the City of Auckland, from the provisions of
section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a
condition as to the building line, published in Gazette No. 46,
of 13th May, 1920, for “ 48290 ” read “ 48291.”

In notification of Mining Privileges struck off the Register,
published in Gazette No. 32, of the 25th March, 1920, page 971,
read “ Naseby ” for “ Riverton ” in the the first line thereof.

Land in Borough of Queenstown taken for Railway Purposes
(Lake Wakatipu Service).

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use,
convenience, and enjoyment of the New Zealand
Government Railways to take land in the Borough of
Queenstown for railway purposes (Lake Wakatipu service) :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
on me by section eleven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and
of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me
in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land : 15 perches.
Portion of Section 1, Block XVII, Town of Queenstown,
Borough of Queenstown.

In the Otago Land District ; as the same is more parti-
cularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 27208, deposited
in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right
Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross
of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order,
Knight of Justice of the Order of Saint John of
Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-
in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion
of New Zealand and its Dependencies ; and
issued under the Seal of the said Dominion,
at the Government House at Wellington, this
fifth day of May, in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Additional Land at Waingawa taken for the Purposes of the
Wellington-Napier Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, con-
venience, and enjoyment of the Wellington-Napier
Railway to take further land at Waingawa, in addition to
land previously acquired for the purposes of the said rail-
way :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred
on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-
eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf,
do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above
mentioned.

ington, and thereon coloured yellow and green.
