Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county
road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Mangateka Road, in the Taranaki
Land District, Ohura County, commencing at a point opposite
the south-east corner of Section 38 (school-site), Block I,
Tangitu Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in
an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections
30, 32, and 36 (Crown land), Block I, Tangitu Survey Dis-
trict, to its junction with the Takiri Road ; being a distance
of seventy-two chains, more or less. As the said portion of
road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked
P.W.D. 47654, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District,
and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Okahukura Service Road, in the Ohura
County, to be a County Road.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this nineteenth
day of January, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other
powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excel-
lency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zea-
land, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order
and declare that the portion of road described in the Sche-
dule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Okahukura Service Road (com-
prising the Okahukura Road and portions of the Okoroa
and Otahu Roads), in the Taranaki Land District, Ohura
County, commencing at its junction with the Ongarue Val-
ley Road (Te Kuiti-Taumarunui Road) near Okahukura
Railway-station, and continuing thence generally in a north-
westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 2,
3, 5, Block II, 17, 16, Block I, Rangi Survey District, and
Sections 7, 3, 9, and 10, Block XI, Tangitu Survey District,
to its junction with Ohura Road ; being a distance of 6 miles
72 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47673,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
shown by a broken red line.

Bay County, to be a County Road.

Hawke’s Bay County, commencing at a point on the northern
boundary of Section 5, Block I, Moengiangi Survey District,
which point is about three miles distant from the junction
with the Napier-Wairoa Road, and proceeding thence gene-
rally in a westerly and north-westerly direction for a dis-
tance of approximately one mile along the northern boundary
of portion of the said Section 5. As the said portion of road
is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
47758, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red and marked B C.

to be a Government Road.

In the Auckland Land District ; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45486,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured green.

Extending the Time for the First Appointment of Members of
the Manawatu Gorge Board of Control.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this nineteenth
day of January, 1920.

IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three of the Manawatu Gorge
Road and Bridge Act, 1919, the Manawatu Gorge
Board of Control (hereinafter referred to as “ the said Board ”)
was established :
And whereas by section five, subsection one, of the said
Act it is provided that the first appointment of members of
the said Board shall be made within one month after the
passing of the said Act, or within such extended time as
may be allowed in that behalf by the Governor-General in
Council :
And whereas the time provided by the said Act for the
first appointment of members of the said Board has expired,
and it is considered expedient that such time should be
extended to the twenty-third day of February, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty :
Now, therefore, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon
him by section five, subsection one, of the Manawatu Gorge
Road and Bridge Act, 1919, and of all other powers in any-
wise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
