Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Bray's Creek Block.
SECTIONS 2413-2416 (inclusive), Block VI, Māwheranui Survey District: Area, 1,044 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Justice of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this ninth day of January, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Land in Taranaki Land District declared to be subject to Section 127 of the Land Act, 1908.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the Land Board of the Taranaki Land District has recommended that the Crown tenant of the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto should be afforded relief, owing to exceptional circumstances over which he has no control preventing the profitable occupation of such land:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by section twenty-five of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1911, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto to be subject to the provisions of section one hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1908; and I do further fix two years from the date mentioned in the said Schedule as the period for which the said land shall be exempt from payment of rent.

TARANAKI LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 16, Block V, Tangitu Survey District: 1st January, 1920.
