59 20/210 Whitianga 2B 16B That the western portion of the said land, containing 1,609 acres, be leased to George McGregor for a term of forty-two years, the first twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the present Government unimproved valuation of the said land, and the next twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the Government unimproved value of the said land in 1941 (Currie and Jack).
60 20/214 Otiranui 1f That the land known as Otiranui 1f be sold to Phyllis Clapham for the sum of £780 (Armstrong, Craig, and Barton).
61 20/224 Oruamatua-Kaimanawa 3B That the southern moiety of the said land be leased to Alfred Mervyn Ryan, of Taihape, accountant, for a term of forty-two years, the rental for the first twenty-one years to be 5 per cent. of the present Government valuation, and for the balance of the term to be 5 per cent. on the unimproved value of the land at the end of the first period of twenty-one years without, in assessing such rent for the balance of the term, taking into account any improvements which may have been effected on the said lands during the first period (Arrowsmith and Loughman).

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opuatia No. 4, Lot 23, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Thursday, the 13th day of May, 1920, at 12.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions :—

“(1.) That the land be sold to John York for the sum of £4 per acre.

“(2.) That the land be re-leased to John York, under the same conditions as the original lease, at a rental of 4s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kaitangata 12c 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 31st day of May, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the Kaitangata 12c 3 Block, containing 38 acres 0 roods 32 perches, be sold to Neville Nicholson, of Parikino, farmer, at a price equal to the present Government valuation thereof.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waipuka 3c No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 27th day of May, 1920, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the said Waipuka 3c No. 2B Block be sold to Frank Robert Field, of Waimarama, at the amount of the Government capital value, but not less than £15 per acre.”

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Koau Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 27th day of May, 1920, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That the block be sold to Alexander MacDonald and Rose MacDonald, of Kuripapango, at the amount of 4s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarama 3A 6B, Section 6c, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Thursday, the 27th day of May, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—

“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof at the Government capital value shall be accepted.”
