LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
APPLICATION having been made to me to register a discharge of Mortgage No. 15299 (of Lease No. 2793, over Lot 10, deposited plan 1327, part Section 63A, Town of Gisborne, part certificate of title, Vol. 13, folio 186; lessee, DAVID MUIR), in the name of FRANCIS CHARLES HICK, and application having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease in lieu of the said Lease No. 2793, and evidence having been furnished of the loss or destruction of the said mortgage and lease, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said mortgage, register the discharge, and issue the provisional lease, as requested, on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
