Settlement Land set apart for Disposal by way of Sale or Lease to Discharged Soldiers, under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.—SETTLEMENT LAND.
Callender Settlement.
ALL those parcels of land in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 191 acres 2 roods 8 perches, be the same a little more or less, being Section 92 and parts of Section 93, Block VI, Mangahao Survey District, together with the right-of-way reserved by Transfer 77979 over other part of the said Section 93, and being the whole of the land in certificates of title, Vol. 100, fol. 233, and Vol. 199, fol. 147.

Revoking the Reservation over a Scenic Reserve in the Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the eighth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the fourteenth day of that month, the land described in the Schedule hereto was declared to be a reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908:
And whereas the said land is no longer suitable for scenic purposes by reason of the destruction of the bush thereon:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 8, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District: Area, 15 acres 1 rood.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Franklin County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Awitu Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.
