Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the
Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Waihou A No. 2A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Horeke on Satur-
day, the 1st day of May, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the
afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following pro-
posed resolution :-
"That the said land be sold to Ngatumu Toe and Fred
Eru Toe, returned soldiers, at the amount of Government
valuation."

REGULATION NO. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of
Motukiore No. 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part
XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Horeke, on Satur-
day, the 1st day of May, 1920, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon,
for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolu-
tion:-
"That the land be sold to Henare Tei, of Motukiore, for
a sum of £3 per acre or the Government valuation, whichever
be the greater."

Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Upokoorakaitauheke Reserve 884 (Timaru) will be held, in
pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Temuka on Thursday, the 20th day of May, 1920, at 12
o'clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution :-
"That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or
any part thereof at the Government capital value shall be
accepted."
