rate of three-sixteenths (3/16ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Waimarino; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of October during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JARRY RAFTOPULOS and JAMES LUCAS, carrying on business as Restaurant Proprietors at the “Imperial Cafe,” Lambton Quay, under the style or firm of “Raftopulos and Lucas,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twenty-ninth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by JAMES LUCAS.

NOTICE is hereby given that EDMUND GIFFARD OLIVER, of London, in England, Solicitor, was on the 19th day of March, 1920, appointed a Commissioner of the Supreme Court of New Zealand for taking any oath, affidavit, or affirmations of the said Court in England.
