REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners
of Ninihi No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of
the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Monday, the 31st
day of May, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the
purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land
or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land
District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of
Kawa Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of
the Native Land Act, 1909, at Catherine Bay, Great Barrier,
on Saturday, the 17th day of April, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the
afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following pro-
posed resolution:—
“ That an area of 2 roods of the said block be transferred
to the Crown as a site for a cemetery for the graves of the
victims of the Wairarapa wreck.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto
Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting
of the owners of Rangitoto A 21A 2B will be held, in pur-
suance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at
Marton on Friday, the 7th day of May, 1920, at 11 o’clock
in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following
proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Charles H. Swainson for the
sum of £1 2s. per acre.”
