A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Hutt County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as roads the land in Paekakariki Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as roads:—

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48121, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagees of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Clutha County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Pomahaka District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road: 8 acres 2 roods 24 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 22, 23, 2 of 34; coloured green.
All situated in Block I, Pomahaka District, Clydevale Estate (Otago R.D.).
All in the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47454, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
