Crown Land set apart for Selection by Discharged Soldiers,
under Ordinary Tenures, in the Otago Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of
Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and
the same is hereby set apart for selection by discharged
soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.—NATIONAL
ENDOWMENT.
MOUTERE RUN 590, Wakefield and Leaning Rock Survey
Districts: Area, 7,100 acres.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right

Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross
of the Most Excellent Order of the British
Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order,
Knight of Justice of the Order of Saint John of
Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-
in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion
of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and
issued under the Seal of the said Dominion,
at the Government House at Wellington, this

IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section four of the Discharged Soldiers Settle-
ment Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the areas of
settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be
and the same are hereby set apart and declared open for
disposal by way of sale or lease to discharged soldiers, under
special tenures, in the manner provided in the said Act.

A PROCLAMATION.
BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by section two hundred and eight
of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and
authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the
run mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the
provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred
and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, relating
to small grazing-runs.
