“All that portion of the road known as the Fairhall Valley Road, in the Wairau Road District, Marlborough Land District, commencing at the point marked ‘A,’ and thence to the point marked ‘B,’ on the plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Blenheim as No. 769, and passing through Sections 100 and 102, Blocks I and II, Taylor Pass Survey District”:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution should be approved:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Acts, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the said resolution.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of the Fairhall Valley Road, situated in the Marlborough Land District, Wairau Road District, adjoining or passing through part Sections 100 and 102, Omaka, Blocks I and II, Taylor Pass Survey District. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47663, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

Amalgamation of Military Groups.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on me by the Defence Act, 1909, and its amendments, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend, in the manner and to the extent set forth hereunder, the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette Extraordinary of the eighteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, relative to the boundaries of military districts, groups, and areas.
SCHEDULE.
CANTERBURY MILITARY DISTRICT.
No. 9 (Christchurch) Group and No. 11 (North Canterbury) Group are hereby amalgamated and designated No. 9 (Christchurch) Group. This Group is comprised as follows: The counties of Waimairi, Heathcote, Paparua, Halswell, Mount Herbert, Akaroa, Wairewa, Amuri, Cheviot, Waipara, Ashley, Kowai, Rangiora, Oxford, Eyre, Tawera, Malvern, Springs, Ellesmere, and Selwyn, and Chatham Islands.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Anthrax, Erysipelas, and Tetanus declared to be Infectious Diseases.

IN pursuance of section twelve of the Public Health Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare the diseases known as anthrax, erysipelas, and tetanus to be infectious diseases within the meaning of the said Act.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
