His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto, other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

Partial Revocation of an Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of March, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but only in so far as to permit of the land specified in Part II of the said Schedule being leased to bona fide returned soldiers.
SCHEDULE.
PART I.
ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the 7th May, 1918, and gazetted the 9th May, 1918, affecting Hautu 3A subdivisions.
PART II.
Hautu 3F 1 Block, containing 290 acres, and Hautu 3F 7 Block, containing 421 acres, situate in Waiotaka Survey District.

Variation of an Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this sixteenth day of March, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
And whereas the land mentioned in the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto is insufficiently described therein: And whereas the full description of the land is given in Part II of the Schedule hereto, and it is desirable to vary the said Order in Council accordingly:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby vary the Order in Council by substituting for the description of the land in the Schedule thereto the description contained in Part II of the Schedule hereto.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
SCHEDULE.
Te Upoko-Orakaitauheke Reserve 884 (Timaru): Approximate area, 17 acres 0 roods 23 perches; Arowhenua Survey District.
