Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoungakau No. 9B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the sum of £10, more or less, from rents be devoted to patriotic purposes—viz., the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa tribe who fought in the Great War, 1914–1920.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Haumingi No. 8 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua, on Tuesday, the 30th day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a sum of £52 out of the rents be devoted towards patriotic purposes—viz., the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa tribe who fought in the European War, 1914–1920.”

“ That a sum of £100 out of the rents be devoted towards patriotic purposes—viz., the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa tribe who fought in the European War, 1914–1920.”

“ That the sum of £50 out of the rents be devoted towards patriotic purposes—viz., the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa tribe who fought in the European War, 1914–1920.”

“ That a sum of £150 out of the rents be devoted towards patriotic purposes—viz., the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa tribe who fought in the European War, 1914–1920.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taheke No. 3c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Wednesday, the 31st day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Herbert Bertram shall be agreed to.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of the Native Land Act, 1909, and the regulations thereunder, that written tenders are invited and will be received at the office of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Thursday, the 22nd April, 1920, for the purchase of the lands named in the Schedule hereto.
Plans and full particulars may be obtained from the office of the Under-Secretary for Native Affairs, Wellington, or from the office of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Maori Land Board.
