ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1920.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council under section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the first day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the third day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, affecting the land known as Tutuotekaha 1B 1.

Partial Revocation of an Order in Council prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1920.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, it is enacted that any Order in Council made under that section may at any time be varied or revoked:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority hereinbefore mentioned, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke the Order in Council referred to in Part I of the Schedule hereto, but only in so far as it affects the land mentioned in Part II of the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
PART I.
ORDER in Council under section 363 of the Native Land Act, 1909, dated the 15th October, 1917, and gazetted the 18th October, 1917, affecting Pakiri No. 1 Block.
PART II.
All that area containing approximately 1,000 acres, situated in Blocks V, VI, IX, and X, Pakiri Survey District, Rodney County, North Auckland Land District, being the north-west corner of the Pakiri No. 1 Block. Bounded on the north-west by the original boundary of the Pakiri Block, on the south-west for a distance of approximately fifty chains by a road, on the south-east by a line parallel to the north-west boundary of the block, on the north-east by a line at right angles to the north-west boundary so as to give the required area.

Hurakia No. 1B Block: Approximate area, 52 acres 2 roods 16 perches; Mangaporo Survey District.
Hurakia No. 2B Block: Approximate area, 274 acres 0 roods 13 perches; Mangaporo Survey District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1920.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native lands specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
