82 3475 Motatau 1a 9 That the agreement dated 25th June, 1912, between the Native owners of Motatau 1 Block and the Kauri Timber Company (Limited) respecting road rights and rights for cutting and removal of timber, &c., be varied so far as it affects Motatau 1a 9, so that the date of expiry shall be 25th June, 1922. In consideration of such variation of the terms of the agreement the company making a cash payment to the owners of £100.
