The block comprises about 2,000 acres of easy hilly undulating country, rising from about 50 ft. to 500 ft. above sea-level, and about 300 acres of good flat land (somewhat subject to flood during heavy rains) capable of considerable improvement by deepening the present main drain. Water can be obtained by sinking on those sections which have not a permanent stream running through them.

Section 6s comprises about 28 acres of very good flat land, clear of floods; 5 acres of swamp, when drained will become first-class land; and 60 acres of good hill country, of which 15 acres are ploughable.
Section 8s comprises about 25 acres of good swamp, containing good rough summer feed, and capable of considerable improvement by cultivation, and 96 acres of good hilly country, of which 30 acres are ploughable. Contains splendid building-site, and will make a good dairy farm.
