At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this eleventh day of February, 1920.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the operation of the Third Schedule of the said Act by including therein the plant known as prickly pear (Opuntia—any species); and it is hereby declared that this Order shall come into force on the day of the publication hereof in the Gazette.
