OHURA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Ohura County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £1,250, authorized to be raised by the Ohura County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of metalling the Tongaporutu–Mangaroa Road from the end of the present metal to 20 chains past its junction with the Mangakara Road, and to metal the Mangakara Road from its junction with the Tongaporutu–Mangaroa Road to the Mangakara Stream Bridge, the said Ohura County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property of the Mangakara Special Rating Area, comprising the following sections: Sections 2 and 3, Block I, Ohura S.D.; Section 4, Block I, Ohura S.D.; Sections 20, 13, 16, 21, 22, 2, 14, Block V, Ohura S.D.; Section 2, Block IV, Waro S.D.; Sections 4 and 5, Block VIII, Waro S.D.; part Taurangi No. 4, Block V, Ohura S.D.
And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 14th day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
