REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Muriwhenuatika No. 1c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ahipara, on Saturday, the 28th day of February, 1920, at 12 o’clock noon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be leased to Murdoch Munro for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of £25 or 5 per cent. of the Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waima North A No. 14 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, on Wednesday, the 25th day of February, 1920, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be revested in the Native owners.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Utakura 1B 2F will be held in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu, on Wednesday, the 25th day of February, 1920, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to James Beckett Culham, of Utakura, farmer, for the price or sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the said land be sold to the Union Box and Packing Case Company (Limited) for the sum of £5 per acre or the amount of a special Government valuation, whichever is the greater.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maraekaraba No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Thursday, the 4th day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Herbert Bertram shall be agreed to; or in the alternative
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Herbert Bertram shall be agreed to.”

“ That the land be leased to Waata Tiini for a term of seven years from 1st June, 1919, at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Alfred James Keith, of Ashburton, for the sum of £3 per acre, subject to Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Thomas Thompson, of Little River, at the amount of an up-to-date Government valuation.”

“ That the said land be leased to John James Merry, of Makihikihi, for a term of fourteen years from 1st October, 1919, at a rental of £1 5s. per acre per annum.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
