Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 39E, Parish of Rangitaiki, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Friday, the 12th day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Edwin Purchas Bennett shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Alfred John Wood Kemp shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Karaka No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kaha on Wednesday, the 17th day of March, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a portion of the annual rental derived from the lease of the above block be devoted to patriotic purposes under the direction of the Maori Soldiers’ Fund.”
