That the said block, containing 105 acres 2 roods, more or less, be sold to Caroline Gertrude Thomson, of Te Kuiti, widow, at £25 per acre; or, in the alternative, that the said land be leased to Caroline Gertrude Thomson for fifty years, at a yearly rental of £1 5s. per acre for the first twenty-five years, and 5 per cent. per annum on the unimproved value for the remainder of the term, with full compensation for all improvements (Broadfoot and Finlay).

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Waiariki District Maori Land Board will be held at Rotorua on the 10th day of February, 1920, at 10.30 o'clock in the forenoon, to hear and determine the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, in respect of which applications have been received by me, and all such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.
