IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

Part II.—Name of Cemetery and Description of Land.
POLLOK.
All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres, more or less, being Section No. 69 of the Parish of Waitara. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 25 of the Parish of Waitara, 501 links; towards the south-east by a public road, 613 links; and towards the south-west and north-west by Section No. 26 of the Parish of Waitara, 500 links and 588 links respectively, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 38271, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section thirteen of the Defence Amendment Act, 1912, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby authorize the undermentioned officer to convene general or district courts-martial for the trial under that Act of such persons subject to military law as are for the time being under or within the territorial limits of his command: and empower such officer to confirm the findings and sentences of general or district courts-martial, whether passed before or after the issue of this Warrant:

Miners' Rights no longer issued at Gisborne Post-office.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon me by the Mining Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the post-office at Gisborne shall no longer be a post-office at which miners' rights may be issued.
As witness my hand this sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.
