Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block I,
Komakorau Survey District, Kirikiriwa Road District,
Waikato County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Kirikiriwa Road Board,
being the local authority in whose district the said land is
situated, proclaim as a road the land in Komakorau Survey
District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do
hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed
the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a
road :—

2 1 26·2 Lot 4 of subdivision of Allotments 93 and
94 (D.P. 4247); coloured red.
0 0 15·4 Lot 6 of subdivision of part Allotments 92,
93, 94, and 95 (D.P. 4253); coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 2 acres 2 roods
37·3 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Lot 4 of subdivision of Allot-
ments 93 and 94 (D.P. 4247); coloured green.

All situated in Taupiri Parish, Block I, Komakorau Survey
District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20230.)
All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 46430,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile,
Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's
Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross

Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-
in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion

seventh day of August, in the year of our Lord one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

Hundalee Survey District, Kaikoura County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents
of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the
First Schedule hereto, and of the Kaikoura County
Council, being the local authority in whose district the
said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in
Hundalee Survey District described in the First Schedule
hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as afore-
said, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second

Land taken for the Purposes of a Road in Block VI, Waihi
South Survey District, Tauranga County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes
of a road in Block VI, Waihi South Survey District,
Tauranga County :
And whereas an agreement has been entered into, in terms
of section twenty-seven of the said Act, to take such land
for the public work hereinafter set forth :
And whereas a plan has been prepared, and the Minister
has recommended the Governor-General to issue a Pro-
clamation taking the land, as required by the said Act :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908,
and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling
me in this behalf, and being satisfied of the sufficiency of
the agreement hereinbefore referred to, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I also
hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the twenty-third day of August, one thousand
nine hundred and nineteen.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 8 acres 2 roods
24 perches.
Portion of Lot 9, Tahunaroa No. 2, Block VI, Waihi South
Survey District (L.T. 8636). (S.O. 19950.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 46450,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.
