and construction of a public road at Mohaka; and for that purpose the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is likewise given that a plan of the said lands is deposited at the office of the said Council in Queen Street in the Borough of Wairoa, and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected are called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections they may have to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the office of the Council aforesaid.
