LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 98, folio 113, of the Register-book, in favour of JOHN LEA STEVENS, of Auckland, Gentleman, for Lot 15 of Section 8 on plan 410, which said parcel of land is portion of Allotment 25 of the Parish of Waitemata, together with right of way over the Strand, The Parade, and Polygon Road, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 7th day of August, 1919.
