Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Matuku C Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Monday, the 25th day of August, 1919, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a portion on the southern side of the road, containing 43 acres, be sold to Haringi Waipuke Leaf (Harding Waipuke Leaf), of Whirinaki, soldier, for the sum of £2 per acre, or at the amount of the unimproved Government valuation.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangamuka East H 3c Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kohukohu on Saturday, the 16th day of August, 1919, at 10.45 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to V. A. Abraham, of Mangamuka, for the sum of £1 5s. per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Karetu L Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Wednesday, the 6th day of August, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be leased to Robert Snowden, the younger, and James Munn for a term of twenty-one years, at the rental of £26 per year, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at the rental of £5 per centum of the then unimproved Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 70A, Parish of Waimana, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Lot 70B, Parish of Waimana, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whakatane on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
