Revoking Order in Council fixing the Maximum Price of Milk.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of July, 1919.

Present:

His Excellency the Governor-General in Council.

WHEREAS by Order in Council made under section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, dated the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the fourteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, His Excellency the Governor-General did fix and determine the maximum price of milk within the district defined by the said Order in Council: And whereas it is desirable to revoke the said Order in Council:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred on him by the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, and its amendments, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby revoke the hereinbefore-recited Order in Council of the twelfth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen.
