Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the
power and authority conferred upon him by section ninety-six
of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the land mentioned
in the Schedule hereto shall no longer be subject to Part XV
of the Native Land Act, 1909, and shall be revested in the
Native owners thereof.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall,
on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county
roads.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that road, situated in the North Auckland Land District,
Manukau County, known as Kaka Street, Otahuhu, commencing
at the railway reserve, and proceeding thence in a westerly
direction to its junction with Tui Street.
Also all that portion of road, in the said land district and
county, known as Tui Street, Otahuhu, commencing at its
junction with Kaka Street, and proceeding thence in a north-
westerly direction to its junction with the previously formed
portion of Kahu Street.
As the said road and portion of road are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 36611, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon marked A-B,
B-D respectively.

to be a Government Road.

deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works

Extending the Time within which the Paeroa Borough Council
shall cause a Map of all Streets and Private Streets within
the Borough to be made.

powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency
the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand,
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby extend the time
within which the Paeroa Borough Council shall cause a map
to be made showing all the streets and private streets within
the Borough of Paeroa, with the levels thereof, as the same
are or are intended to be or will be required to be permanently
constructed, until the twenty-eighth day of July, one thou-
sand nine hundred and nineteen.
