All wool so valued and purchased shall so far as is reasonably practicable be shipped in the order of its valuation.
Storage in respect of all wool so purchased shall be paid by the Government to the freezing company at the rate of 3d. per bale per week from the date of valuation to the date of shipment, and such payment will be made at the time of shipment.
At all times between the making of the contract of purchase and sale of any wool and the shipment of that wool as aforesaid the freezing company will retain possession of that wool and keep the same properly stored on behalf of the Government, and will use all due care for the safety thereof.
If such supplies of slipe wool as the Government deems adequate for the necessities of His Majesty’s Government are at any time not obtained by way of contract of purchase and sale in accordance with the foregoing provisions, the necessary supplies will be obtained by way of seizure in pursuance of the authority conferred by the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, or otherwise, as the case may require.
