REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Okehu No. 3 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Karioi on Friday, the 18th day of July, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Eliza Catherine Collier, wife of Henry Collier, of Wanganui, farmer, at the Government valuation of the owner’s interest thereof.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Reureu 2B 3B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Marton on Thursday, the 17th day of July, 1919, at 2.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the Reureu 2B 3B Block, containing 147 acres 2 roods, more or less, be leased to Taumata te Oro, of Kakariki, aboriginal Native, for the term of twenty-one years from the date of confirmation of this resolution by the Aotea District Maori Land Board (with the right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at the conclusion of such term), at the yearly rental of £1 5s. per acre; or, in the alternative, at a rental equal to 5 per centum upon the present Government unimproved value of the said land.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino E No. 14 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Karioi on Friday, the 18th day of July, 1919, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Messrs. McLeod and Gardner (Limited) for the sum of £3 per acre for the freehold, exclusive of the timber rights.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the South Island Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Otonga No. 1E No. 10 is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Picton on Saturday, the 26th day of July, 1919, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be sold to Henry Hough, of Chatham Islands, for the amount of the Government valuation of the land.”
