A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance of the power and authority conferred upon
me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the area of Crown land described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby set apart for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1908.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—CROWN LAND.—NATIONAL ENDOWMENT.
SECTION 23, Block XIII, Tuhua Survey District: Area, 136 acres 2 roods.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty’s Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twelfth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land and buildings mentioned in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken possession of on behalf and for the use of His Majesty for use as a military hospital in connection with the New Zealand Expeditionary Force:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in me by section five of the Expeditionary Forces Amendment Act, 1918, do hereby declare the land and buildings mentioned in the Schedule hereto to be a military hospital available for the purpose of the medical treatment of members of the Expeditionary Forces and of persons who have been discharged from an Expeditionary Force.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Auckland Land District, situated in the Town of Rotorua, and being part of the public reserve known as Pukeroa Domain, containing by admeasurement about 37½ acres, more or less. Bounded towards the north generally by the Tauranga–Rotorua Road; towards the east by Rangiuru Street; towards the south and again towards the east by the medical-residence reserve; towards the south and again towards the south by public-school reserve, and again towards the south by the abutment of a road and by Section No. 1, Education Reserve; and towards the south by Ranolf Street. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/8/6, deposited in the Head Office, Departments of Lands, Wellington, and thereon bordered red. Together with all buildings on the said land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the Kaipara–Waikato Railway to take further land at Kingsland, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
