APPLICATIONS TO SUMMON MEETINGS OF OWNERS UNDER PART XVIII OF THE NATIVE LAND ACT, 1909.

39 3056 Pipiwai No. 2H No. 16.. That the said land be sold to Joseph Thomas Brown, of Moengawahine, for the sum of £1 net per acre. The said J. T. Brown to pay all survey costs and other liens due on the said land.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opanake No. 2K No. 2Y Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Dargaville on Tuesday, the 15th day of July, 1919, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That the Opanake No. 2K No. 2Y Block be sold to Hancock and Company (New Zealand), (Limited), for the sum of £150.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kotuku B No. 5 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Ohaeawai on Wednesday, the 2nd day of July, 1919, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“ That all marketable timber on the said section, with the exception of totara, be sold to the Kauri Timber Company (Limited) at or for the price or sum of £65 sterling; and that the said company, for the consideration aforesaid, have also the right for three years and a half to the exclusive use of the tramway at present on the said land for the purposes of hauling such other timbers from adjoining lands as the said company shall from time to time desire.”

Dated at Auckland this 9th day of June, 1919.
