Fixing the Maximum Price of Corn-sacks.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-first day of January, 1919.
Present:
THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the authority conferred by section two of the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, doth hereby fix and determine the maximum price of corn-sacks throughout New Zealand in accordance with the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.

THE maximum price of corn-sacks, when sold to farmers or other users on the usual trade terms as existing at the date of this Order in Council for delivery ex ship or ex store at the port of Lyttelton or at the port of Wellington, shall be 1s. 7d. each in the case of 48 in. sacks and 1s. 6d. each in the case of any smaller size.

When sold to farmers or other users on the usual trade terms as aforesaid for delivery otherwise than as aforesaid, the maximum price shall be the price aforesaid with such addition only as represents the additional cost to the seller of delivery otherwise than as aforesaid.

When sold to farmers or other users otherwise than on the usual trade terms as aforesaid, the maximum price shall be a price equivalent as regards the seller to the prices aforesaid.

For the purposes of this Order in Council stores at Christchurch or Addington shall be deemed to be stores situated within the port of Lyttelton.
